About Us - Executive Committee

ANN WINSLOW BAKER, a long-time property rights proponent and civic watchdog, has been a Solana Beach homeowner since 1966. She is a graduate of UC Berkeley, and has been active in various volunteer services and fund raising, chairing or directing many activities for the YWCA and other organizations. She and her husband, Robert, are the parents of four children.

JONATHAN CORN is a trial attorney and serves of counsel to Gates, O'Doherty, Gonter and Guy, as well as General Counsel to National RV Holdings, Inc. He is also executive director of the Motor Vehicle Defense Association. Mr. Corn is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the Georgetown University Law Center and is a member of the California State Bar and Bar of the United States Supreme Court. He and his wife, Dawna, have a young son.

LINDA S. GABRIEL is a twenty-seven year resident of Solana Beach and serves as a board member and past president of the Surfsong Owners' Association, and is a charter member of COOSSA (Condominium Organization of South Sierra Avenue). She attended UC Santa Barbara, and has been a real estate agent in the community since 1978. A native Californian, she and her husband, Bill, are long-time civic activists.

WILLIAM D. GLOCKNER is president of the Del Mar Beach Club board of directors, and chairman of COOSSA . He and his wife, Winnie, have lived in Solana Beach for over five years. A graduate of Princeton University, he is a registered Professional Engineer. A power generation engineering executive, he spent most of his career directing various subsidiaries of the O'Brien Energy Group in the U.S.A. and U.K.

JACK McGOLDRICK is a twenty-four year resident of Solana Beach and a retired Naval officer and aerospace management executive. A veteran civic volunteer and activist, he is a past president of the Seascape Sur Owners' Association, as well as serving as a member and chair of many community committees, including the Crime Commission; Citizens Law Enforcement Review Board; Advisory Committee on Adult Detention; General Planning Commission; and COOSSA, which he founded and headed for many years. He and his wife, Shauna, were recently married.

PAUL SANTINA, who is the founder and president of the BBC, is the vice-president of business development for Flextronics, an $18 billion global electronics manufacturing services (EMS: Flex) company. He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Syracuse University, as well as, a Master's Degree in Spiritual Psychology from University of Santa Monica. Currently, Mr. Santina manages global business development for Flextronics in Europe, Asia and the Americas. His business career includes executive positions at several EMS providers including Solectron and Qtron and he currently owns and operates Santina & Associates, Inc. which is a Luxury Home Development, Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage company. He and his wife, Lyn and their daughter Kristin, live in Solana Beach.

DONALD R. STROBEN is a 14 year resident of Solana Beach and has served on various civic committees, including the Budget and Finance Committee; View Assessment Committee 2000; and Citizens General Plan Advisory. His business career covers positions as an investment banker, venture capitalist, and entrepreneur. Mr. Stroben and his wife, Martha, are the parents of four children. He is a graduate of Knox College and the Harvard Business School.
